Conditions to keep in mind
- Products must be in perfect condition(complete, unworn, unwashed, with all internal and external tags attached and intact). Leonisa reserves the right to accept or decline returns.
- For hygiene reasons, returns on panties are not accepted, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
- No returned item that is incomplete, damaged, washed, or worn will be accepted; in such cases, the product
will be sent back to you at your expense..
- For returns, shipping costs to Leonisa are paid by the customer. Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments will not be
accepted..
- Final Sale: This product cannot be returned.
Returns
To request a full or partial refund, you have30 days from the date of receiving your order to send the
product back to Leonisa. Access our Returns Center and follow the
instructions for a quick and hassle-free return.
If you request a refund, it will be processed to the
original payment method used for the order (including credit card, PayPal, SeQura, etc.). This process may take 8 to
10 business days.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please access our Returns Center to request the cancellation or contact us at +34 900 838 431 Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 (CET).
If your order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the product and then follow the withdrawal
procedure.

Legal Warranty and Right of Withdrawal: Please note that you are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in
accordance with current regulations. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date
of delivery. You may manage this right by logging into our Returns Center

euroinfo@leonisa.com. This right does not apply to altered products or to
unsealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons..
In the event of withdrawal on your part,
we will refund all payments received from you for your purchase, including the initial standard delivery costs (with
the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive
standard delivery method offered by us). You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse. You
will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the refund until we
have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever condition is
