Keep in mind that shapers are compression garments that are designed to slim your figure, it's important to follow our measuring steps.
Step 1: Bust
Measure your bust size in inches by wrapping the measuring tape around the part that sticks out the most.
If you like tight clothing or more control, buy the smaller size.
If you like them wider or with less control, buy the larger size.
