  • During the pandemic, in alliance with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we have been able to reach employees and people who provide their services to us across 11 countries through our “Leonisa University: Learn with Leonisa”, composed of several modules on different topics. 6,373 people registered and 3,745 people graduated.

  • In partnership with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we’re committed to providing opportunities for out-of-school youth from Southwest Antioquia, Colombia, through technical and technological training with the CIR program/La Sandalia Rural Innovation Center, in which they are trained in Labor Techniques in Agricultural Production and in Technology in Ecological Agricultural Production. To this day, we have 186 young graduates from these programs.

  • In alliance with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we develop values and life skills for kids, adolescents, and young people from the districts of Medellín through our Fútbol con Corazón program. This program started in 2016 in the 13th district of Medellín, Colombia with 120 children. Today, with the support of our allies, we have had 5,000 children participate and benefit from this program.

  • In alliance with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we get parents involved with their children’s education, mediated by the appropriate and responsible use of information and communication technology. Through our TIC FAMILIAS program, we’ve been able to positively impact 654 families throughout 8 cities in Colombia.

  • In partnership with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we promote social development and employment opportunities for people with disabilities and their caregivers, seeking to improve their quality of life through the inclusive revolving fund program. The program supports entrepreneurship and training within the city of Medellín.

  • We’re committed to empowering women by helping them start their own Catalog Sales business through Leonisa. Today, over 353,000 people sell our catalogs across the globe.

  • In partnership with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we continue to develop, improve, and strengthen the conditions of the personal lives, families, and business of our Independent Sales Executives through "La Universidad Virtual · Emprendiendo con Felicidad" (The Virtual University - Undertaking with Happiness) program. Today, 152,328 people have registered with this course and 60,285 people have graduated.

  • In partnership with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we improve family bonds through good parenting with our “Programa Universo de la Crianza” (Universe of Parenting Program). Aimed at our Sales Executives and their families, this program provides the tools to enrich the quality of interactions, bonding, and the relationships between mothers, fathers, and caregivers and their children, through promoting parenting skills. Today, we have impacted 278 women and 400 children.

  • In partnership with the Urrea Arbeláez Corporation, we are committed to improving the socioeconomic level of women in vulnerable conditions. We have helped Independent Sales Executives from Buenaventura, Colombia to strengthen their skills, and their social and business capacities, through the FAMA (Fortalecimiento a Mujeres Activas) (Strengthening Active Women) program. Today, we have impacted 348 female entrepreneurs and 100 children through this program.
